quick Power LED question

It seems that my msi board has two pins for the power led but the thing coming out of the case req 3 pins. what to do?
 
Hehehe... I've had this issue before ;)

Look at the black housing the power LED connector (The 3 pin one). See how on one side there are little flaps, and you can see the pins? Well, with the tip of a small knife, lift up on one of the flaps GENTLY and pull out the wire that it goes to. Then simply put the wire in the other open hole. Voila! 2 pin power LED connector!

wiggle the pins out of the 3 pin connector and insert them into a 2 pin connector. (done it several times)

My Neo4 has both a 3 pin AND 2 pin power LED connector. This is the first time I've ever seen that in a motherboard.
