so this is my Setup:

Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz
ASUS P8Z68-V PRO LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s
MSI R6850 Cyclone PE/OC Radeon HD 6850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB

So i have a LIAN LI Lancool PC-K58W Black 0.8 mm SECC for a computer case with two fans one 140 mm fan in the front and one 120 mm fan in the back i have room for 2 more 140 mm fans on top of the build just wondering with this build if i will need the other two fans installed in order to keep it cool

You should be fine with the stock fan setup. With that said, just monitor your temps and add fans if you feel those temps are too high.
