Have you attempted to hook your analog outputs to 6-channel inputs on a receiver via 3.5" mini-din to RCA cables? If so, does the bass come accross correctly?

:D huh? seriously thats greek to me, and I know this probably wont answer your question but I have creative 5.1 surround speakers and when i upgraded from my audigy 2 the subwoofer sound completely different than before, its a lot fulller and more pronounced. When I watch movies on my comp it not sounds like my dads theaters system in the den.

Thanks for the help, but I was talking about the 6 channel inputs on home theater receivers. They can be seen here in this pic labeled as "DVD/6 Ch Inputs"

There are 6 plugs, front L/R, surround L/R, Center, and Subwoofer.

I have my X-Fi hooked up just like I had my Audigy2 ZS connected. Yes, you still need the 4 segment 3 pin Aduio Video cable. The 1.8" Male 3 pin jack at one end and 3 Male RCA at the other end is connected just as we talked about on that other thread.

Sub Boost is +12db in the Entertainment mode and with added Speaker Settings for Small and Large speakers. Crossover depends on Speaker settings. If you use the "Large" speakers setting, you little to almost no bass. If you use the small speaker setting, the Sub's out put is boosted and I can hear mine kick in at 50Hz. When the A2 ZS only kicked in at about 120 and at a lower Volume.

These settings cover Large or Small speaker settings for the Front L&R, Rear L&R and Center speakers. The amount of Bass Increases as each is set to Small or decrease as each is set to Large in steps. If you have way too much bass, change at least one of these to Large speaker (Center speaker for example). I had to turn my Sub down to 3.5, down from a little over 7. There's check box for +15db volume increase for the Sub in Game Mode.

I now worry about Damage done to my Sub, LOL, that was never a problem with the Audigy 2 ZS. Though I did blow one (Cheap KLH) out with it. Creative should add a no cost + shipping or very low cost Daughter Card with extra connections. Come on Hoontech?
