Question about IBM ServeRaid M1015

Hi all.

I bought that controller already flashed to IT mode, and I was expecting to connect it to my Win10 workstation and see in disk manager individual disks, so I can play with storage spaces. My problem is that I can see the disks in the device manager but nothing in disk manager. Am I missing something or doing something wrong?

I have a regular LSI card flashed to IT mode which is identical to the 1015 and the HDD show up in the Disk Management in Windows 10.
 
What I found is, although I cannot see the drives in disk management or file manager, when I open the storage spaces from control panel I can see the drives. I can leave with that at the moment.
