Say that the service is enabled on a computer. And the user turns the computer off, then turns it back on and does not log in. Will the machine still fold, or does the person have to log in first?

When set up as a service, it will run when the user is no logged in.... it's loaded at boot... at least, I'm 99.9% sure of that ;)

How do I get the colorful [H] near my signature line?

From my experiance this is correct. I had to install it as a service because MY GF would always log me off and kill my folding efforts. After I installed it as a service it folds 24/7.

Here is the one I use that Xeno made

Here are the ones from Hardfolding.com Just type in your username and there should be a link in your stats page.

Okay I went there and got my link. Now where do I put the code. I tried to put it in my signature, and I just get the link shown. Do I have to cut and paste it in every message I make?

Just drag it to your Browser's bookmark.... In Netscape, I have it on my "Personal Toolbar".... I have both on there actually...

Nope, you don't have to copy and past every time. There are instructions there to make a bookmark that you can put in your toolbar. Just hit the bookmark instead of clicking on the reply button.

Edit: Beat me to it. I shouldn't have played doom in typing class....

All you have to do now is click the [H] above, and drag it to your bookmark toolbar. Too easy, right?

Where is my bookmark toolbar???

For Xeno's, go here. and type your Extreme Overclocking Stats ID in... which is 122794 for you.... And then follow the instructions on the pages Xeno made....

As for the one from Hardfolding.com, I just copied Xeno's, and edited out the URL and pasted what was given from the hardfolding site.....

What browser are you using?

Keep on Folding!!

Click on your Favorites button to get the favorites tab... and then drag it into the favorites wherever you want it to be....

Or more simply... just right click the "toolbar link" on Xeno's page and say "add to Favorites"

So basically I have to manually insert it from favorites or bookmark everytime right.

javascript:document.vbform.message.value=document.vbform.message.value + '\n'; document.vbform.submit(); halt;
[H]

you just go to that favorite when you're done with your message... and it'll hit the submit button for you, and post the [H]s....

Mine's on the Netscape bookmark toolbar, so I just click up there instead of clicking submit

Let me give this a try.

javascript:document.vbform.message.value=document.vbform.message.value + '\n'; document.vbform.submit(); halt;
[H]

Does it automatically update itself. I had to edit out the javascript in the code?

[H]

Yes, it'll update on it's own.... Xeno worked his magic and it'll update with Extreme OC stats update... the VB code is only there so that you don't have to hit the submit button and to put the [H]s in the message before you send it

Well how come I get this then, what am I doing wrong.

javascript:document.vbform.message.value=document.vbform.message.value + '\n'; document.vbform.submit(); halt;

Are you pasting the link? or are you just clicking it?

Nevermind, I get it...Thanks for all your help...Just because of that, I am adding another 4-5 computers today...

No need to thank me... Just doing all I can to help the [H]orde

And since it's folding we are referring to, I'd have to say the same goes for Macs too. :p
