Im using Everest Ultimate to monitor my temps but for some reason the CPU temp is staying constant at 25 no matter what load i put on it. The core temps change and are reading just fine.

Because the Everest software is having difficulty reading the on board sensor (thermistor) located somewhere (one would hope at least close to the CPU) on the motherboard. It is crap and you should not care anyway. These sensors report to a SMS buss management chip and every different manuf and even different boards by the same manuf use different management chips or ports on the chips for different things, It is real fun to try to write software that can decode and properly read all the possible kinds of management chips and guess what sensor is doing what. Dontworryaboutit.
