Q08 & Atom fileserver – what PSU?

I want to build a fileserver with a Q08, a Gigabyte GA-D525TUD, 5 HD & 1 optical drive.

I think this would run on 200W. But 200W ATX? There's not much choice there.
The ideal PSU would
  • be a quality brand
  • have at least 4 sata connectors
  • have a 120mm side fan
  • be black
  • be modular (ha!)
  • not have excessive watts or cost excessive $$

The best match I've found is the SeaSonic SS-300ET, which misses on a couple of points.
I could reuse a SS-380HB I have, but I'd have to add some molex->sata adapters which would add clutter.

Have I missed any better ideas?
Am I too worried about an oversized PSU?

I recently put together a mini-itx file server similar to yours and am using the exact seasonic power supply you listed. I was thinking the same thing as you. If there was a similar model at 200w I would have gotten that. But there's not so I figured that model is the best option. Has worked perfectly, no complaints.
 
You're way too worried on an over-sized PSU. That Seasonic should be fine.
 
What about Enermax Modu82+ or Seasonic X (fanless) series. Might not be the cheapest but will be quiet, energy efficient, and pretty much great all round.
 
I'd probably keep the 380 you have. There are some very small Molex-SATA adapters around as well, so they shouldn't add much clutter.
