It's a poor quality PSU. The only good Thermaltake PSUs are their Toughpower and Purepower RX line of PSUs.
I highly recommend getting these PSUs instead:
Silverstone ST400 400W PSU - $47
XClio Stablepower 460W PSU - $52
Enhance ENP-5150GH 500W PSU - $69
Corsair 450VX 450W PSU - $76
