Shoggy said:Dou you have the right version of the AE<->AS bridge-cable? There are two and you will need the cable for revision 1.5 and above.
You could check the cable with a multimeter. Sometimes the plugs are not fully squashed and a single wire is disconnected.
Have you upgraded to OS 2.03 and firmware 4.05? If not you should do that because there were a lot of problems with the old firmware 3.99 in touch with the Aquastream.
You mean 1.30 firmware for that AquaStream right? Take a picture of the bad of your aquaero with everything connected and lets troublshoot that way.theseeker said:I am using firmware 3.10.

Shoggy said:Hehe, no - he really means 3.10.
That was the first firmware which was delivered *g*
Mhhh, strange. It can identify the pumps version and it's current![]()
Shoggy said:For the flowmeter, connected the right way?

Have you tried to reconnect the AS<=>AE cable?
And right now you are using the new firmware 4.05e on your Aquaero![]()
You can find it under support => download.theseeker said:I did not see firmware 4.05e on the download page.

Just click here and you get all necessary. Especially in your case you should really disconnect everything as stated in the updating guide.
Shoggy said:In my opinion it doesn't matter if it is a problem with the firmware or the pump itself. You should update anyway because the new software is much more better. Here you can get a quick overview of all the new features.
You could check the wiring of your flowmeter with this drawing:

That's my configuration and it works.
Note: you are looking at the back of the Aquaero. And don't get confused with the numbering of the pins, they are different from the manual.

That much I know.....just needing some help!DFI Daishi said:hey, she's only human.
As long as the outlet is under water it doesn't matter how many water is inside the Aquatube.theseeker said:Shoggy, Just curious about two other things...how much water should be in the res and does Aquastream make any noise? My pump is completely silent.
theseeker said:This has become quite frustrating!
Shoggy said:It's very likely that the red LED is on because you have 12.7 volt (picture on first site) which is an overvoltage for the pump.
Needs to be connected to an Aquaero to fix this right?Shoggy said:It's very likely that the red LED is on because you have 12.7 volt (picture on first site) which is an overvoltage for the pump.
Shoggy said:No, that won't help. The AE<=>AS bridge doesn't alter the voltage.
Hehe, think about it: the AS was already connected or how should I know about the 12.7 volt?![]()
