OK so heres the story, I have 2 computers. One of which is suffering from power problems. I feel that the power supply in it just isn't quite powerful enough. At the same time, my other computer, has a much more powerful power supply. I'm thinking of swapping them. Here are my two rigs, tell me what you think!

Rig 1: (power problem rig)
Pentium D 3.2 GHZ
MSI Matx Motherboard
2gb DDR2
ATI 4650 512
6 Western Digital Hard Drives (assorted sizes, none being green power)
500W shitty Coolmax power supply (no idea about the amperage)

Rig 2:
Pentium D Extreeme 2.4ghz
EVGA 780i SLI
8800GTS 512
250gb WD Black
4gb DDR2
Silverstone 850W PSU 4x12v Rails

Don't swap them. Dispose of the Coolmax and replace it with an inexpensive quality PSU.

I concur with Zero82z. Do not use that Coolmax at all unless you hate your PC or something.

A quality replacement PSU capable of powering Rig 1 will only cost $40:
$40 - Antec Earthwatts Green EA380D 380W PSU

Yeah, love the Antec Earthwatts line. Have one running a Q6600 OC'd to 3.2GHz + ATI 4850.
