Im looking for suggestions on a PSU to replace the enermax Liberty 500W that just died on me. It is for the build in my sig...looking for modular but will go non if the price is good.

There are Antec Earthwatts units that'll do ya in the high300-400W range. There's also a Seasonic and a Corsair in the 430W range.
 
For that setup, this PSU will be fine:

If you still want modular:
$70 - SeaSonic M12II 520 Bronze 520W Modular PSU
