PSU Recommendation

Hi, I'm planning to buy a new pc and I wanna keep the one I currently have, except the PSU. It's very low quality, old and making weird noises all the time. I fear it might damage another part. What do you guys recommend?

CPU: AMD Phenom 8450
RAM: DDR2 2 x 2GB
MOBO: Asus M3A78-EM
HDD: 320 GB WD

I'll second the Antec. I haven't had any issues with other Antex power supplies, and after a little digging it seems that the NEO ECO is basically a Seasonic power supply with a different name on it. Both are highly recommended.

Also, $10 off with the coupon code CollegeSave10 makes this a fantastic deal.

Sorry, I forgot to mention I live in Argentina and the PSU list I can get here is limited. There are very few Antec PSU´s here, and that one isn´t one of them. Why don´t you check out this site and recommend something from there? Would appreciate it.
Also, I would like another recommendation for that same build, but adding a Sapphire Radeon 4870 Vapor-X 1GB. Thanks and I hope you´re familiar with Spanish... ;)

Looking at that site's PSU section with way too much time on my not-all-that-familiar-with-Spanish hands, it looks like your choices are pretty much narrowed down to the NZXT Hale82 650. There are other units, but they're either more expensive or bleh or both.

Just make sure it's not the Hale82 N non-modular version that fails 3.3v rail tests.

God, that website fucking sucks.

I agree with what I saw though. The NZXT units are the only ones I saw that are quality. Any other retailers you can buy from?
