Did you already buy the X2 6400+? If not, ditch it. The X2 7750 outperforms the X2 6400+ and only costs $65:
AMD Athlon64 X2 7750 CPU - $65

And if you're planning on overclocking, ditch the 790FX mobo. Try to find a mobo using the SB750 southbridge like the 790GX.

Oh and we definitely need a budget range for the PSU. But this is one of the best bang for the buck PSUs out now:

Might as well just grab the one Danny suggested then. It's a great PSU for a great price, and you're unlikely to find a better deal.
