Hey all..

Last time I built a computer noone needed more than a 300W PSU but I guess that has changed.

I was planning on upgrading my current computer around my Antec 350W psu but I have heard thoughts that it will be insufficient.

Heres the final toll of what I'll have running in the computer. What PSU do you guys reccomend?

Athlon 64 3000+ (I'll be trying to OC to 2.4ghz)
MSI K8N Nforce 3 250gb based mobo.
Geforce 6800GT (XFX)
1 Gig of ram.
3 hard drives (all 7200rpm)
1 CD writer

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Matt

Thanks I'm surprised I missed that thread.

I'm also suprised the guy reccomends Sparkle PSU's..

I remember back two years ago (the last time I built a computer) everyone thought that Sparkle was complete and utter crap..

People reccomended Antec and Enermax PSU...

I guess a lot can change in two years...

Not really..., every computer I build I either use enermax or antec personally.

in this system im usin an enermax 460 and its gr8

id reccomend either of these
