by "1 litre" and "ready to use," I'm assuming that this is something I can just pour into a brand spakin-new, not yet filled watercooling loop instead of having to mix it and stuff first?

WHICH ONE IS IT? I'd like to use non-conductive stuff for my first dive into the watercooling world, and I don't exactly want to void the warranty on the Innovatek stuff I want to get as soon as I get the money.

It says Ready to use. Pre-mixed.

If it was a mix-it-yourself, it would be a tiny little bottle. The pre-mixed comes in bigger bottles. If that was all the concentrate you had to mix, that would be about $250.
