not exactually sure. it says "ready to use" and "additive" in the description. wtf??

WHICH ONE IS IT? I'd like to use non-conductive stuff for my first dive into the watercooling world, and I don't exactly want to void the warranty on the Innovatek stuff I want to get as soon as I get the money.
 
It says Ready to use. Pre-mixed.

If it was a mix-it-yourself, it would be a tiny little bottle. The pre-mixed comes in bigger bottles. If that was all the concentrate you had to mix, that would be about $250.
