Hello guys,

( I did post this as well in another community, but, since other community is not as active as this one regarding Displays, i think its better to ask here - with some additional questions\concerns - anyway :) )

BL3201PH came with one Mini DisplayPort Cable.
Manu reports its using DisplayPort 1.2 connection.

However, I am looking for a 10ft DisplayPort cable.

What is the difference between Mini DisplayPort cable and "regular" cable?
Does it transfer the same amount of bandwidth or?

Since i am located in Canada, what would be the best buy for me, for DisplayPort 1.2 (either mini (if its the same) or regular one).

Please advise and help in this matter.

Thanks again - and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Thanks guys!

I was thinking of getting something local (Staples\Bestbuy\Futureshop).

Is there a difference between Mini and regular?

Mike, ur url shows cheaper price to me :)

They are functionally identical. The only difference is the interface port (like the difference between HDMI and mini HDMI). I would get the cheaper cable if you have both ports on your video card.

Mini port is on the Monitor in this case, not on GPU, at least, i don't see mini port on my gpu, or i am blind, need to move my pc :)

Thanks

Thanks for responding, now i am trying to figure out what exactly you mean :)
