Project Vulcan

This will be my main Gaming rig that travels to about 10-12 lan parties a year. It a micro atx case theme Black and Orange,

Some of my concerns was the dual 120 radiator. it doesnt fit any where in the case. not yet any ways (dremal time). Air flow was another concern. But i finally came up with a pretty simple solution, mount the raditor on the botton and have air blowing in from the top and through teh bottom. The Mb has been staying at a pretty constant 30c on the test bench for about a month. I will aslo be adding soem arylic ilumminated panels and case feet.

I am pushed on time on this one and have about 10 days to complete before I take it to a Lan party on the 11th . So get ready for metal & plastic to fly !!!!

Wow, I love it, I also like the black and orange scheme! Great work, keep it up!

I considered the vulcan earlier, but my cardboard mockup made me think that it was going to be way large for use as a portable rig. Any thoughts?

Nice look with the feet. How are you routing the LED power -- through the circular hole, drilled into the case, and under the rad to a spare 4-pin, or other? Agreed with H@RD5, I dig the color scheme, etched "VULCAN" is also very nice.

I am using a mod smart 20 led block in the back. the led leads under teh psu and rad , the ones on the panel are just zip tied and routed through currenlty. I thinb the case is super portable, the handle is super sturdy it would be super light without the water coling, it was surprising light when i pulled it out of teh box.

That looks fantastic!

How are you liking the case? I'm wanting to upgrade my current desktop and replace it with an mATX or mITX rig, and I was looking at this case.

this looks awesome man. great work. how did you make the vulcan lettering and light it?
