After buying all the parts for my computer a few weeks ago, i wasnt left with enough money to buy a proper case, so i opted to build one. Out of PVC pipe. This is my progress thus far.

i'm thinking about getting some wire mesh as walls, so i can place fans where ever i want, and i need to add some more pvc so that the hd and psu sit properly. Comments, suggestions?

You need to get a "T" and put it on the sides and run another pipe along the back of the mobo tray. And maybe a month for a cd-rom. Thats what i see for now.

It's been a while since I've seen a PVC case. Looks good so far.

add some sides.... mesh or lexan or something... paint the PVC you could make it look presentable

I don't get it? It looks like a PVC cube with a mobo attached.. Doe the hardware connect to the tubing at all??

update: got the t sections in. took a few pictures that are below.

soon i will adjust the lengths of the sides so that the mobo tray is held in place by mechanical tension... i was waiting until after i had fixed the psu and hdd in place to do so. right now the dimensions are fairly rough.
i got some wire mesh so my next step is to cut 8 pieces for each open area of pvc and affix it with crazy glue.

the slant that the mobo tray had to it is now gone.
