It's made by Razer...It's got a weak integrated GPU and you control it with a controller. Razer are a bullshit company, that do everything as cheaply as possible.
I suspect the build quality will be horrible as usual, even though this will probably cost $1000 (more than a laptop with a higher resolution, better build quality, chance to use a mouse/keyboard and a proper GPU).
You should view it as a $1000+ xbox portable with even worse controls. If the games have controller based schemes included, then it will be ok to control. But will be like playing on a console with slower limited controls and greater difficulty aiming at targets quickly. For titles without controller based options, it's going to suck if be playable at all.
The graphics are going to be weak even though it has a low resolution. It will be able to display the images for PR shots, but the framerates will be poor, so playing any modern shooter will be juddery and unpleasant.
Basically, don't believe razers usual marketing crap. There is a minute chance they produce something of worth for once...but very veeery unlikely.

@JoNo216 mate you are correct i personally despise controllers for strategies,first person shooter. the only place i use them for is when i play games like assassins creed etc . but if the give a blooth keyboard and mouse combo then it could be a deal breaker !
