Processor Running Hot!

My setup is an Antec 900 case, Zerotherm NV120 CPU cooler, Pentium E6300, Asus P5B-e. My Zerotherm runs at 51c idle in the bios, and under load 63c. I can't even use the stock cooler without the CPU overheating and shutting down my PC. I know both of them were seated properly, and I am using Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste. My temps are from Asus Probe, but Speedfan reports almost the same speed as does the BIOS.

Any idea why my CPU is running so hot?

Crap airflow?
Crap fans?
Dusty HSF?
Improperly seated HSF?
High ambient temps (as in it's summer time now)?

Airflow should be fine, fans are from in the Antec, just cleaned the HSF, tried reseating the HSF twice, have the air conditioner on in the house, not sure of the exact temperature but it is pretty chilly in here.

- What is your fan layout in that case?
- Are there fans on the Zerotherm? What fans?
- Use CoreTemp AND Real Temp to confirm the CPU temperature readings.
- Did you reapply the thermal paste?

so I had an nv120 & noticed that after a year or so it stopped working very well.. Is yours new or has it been on there for a while.
