Do I need any thermal paste if I am goin to use the heatsink and fan that come with my processor, or is it included?

If you use the thermal pad on the retail heatsink then don't put thermal paste on the cpu. I rather use AS paste and I always remove and clean off the thermal pad.

A thermal pade came on the HSF that came with my Prescott. You also might want to get some better cooling. The Prescott’s run really, really hot.

*EDIT*
Edited after seening MontyAC post.
