May 31, 2004 #2 M MontyAC 2[H]4U 2FA Joined Sep 6, 2003 Messages 3,191 If you use the thermal pad on the retail heatsink then don't put thermal paste on the cpu. I rather use AS paste and I always remove and clean off the thermal pad.
