Problems with ubisoft's I7 game

Is anyone else having a problem getting into ubisoft's "win an I7" contest? I keep getting caught in a loop where I have to repeatedly fill in my password and username. I've been trying to get in since the first day it was listed on this site.
 
I get stuck in a similar way. When I login, it sends me to an error page that says something about restricted access for my country or minimum age limit.

went to my ubisoft settings and its USA and I'm 23 -_-;;
 
Same problems here. I thought it might have been a hiccup with Firefox or something so I tried it with IE as well and still had the same problem. It seems like something is screwed up on their end and until it's fixed, we're basically SOL.

 
Worked perfectly fine for me. I had to login, make sure my account settings were correct, and answer 4 questions. Really simple.
