My signatury rig has started showing its age. Every 3rd or 4th day when I boot, there no display in the screen (the display light remains yellow as if its not taking any input). All I have to do is, unplug all the cables, take the case out, do some cleaning and the PC is back to normal.

Is it the problem with the PSU or RAM or MOBO? Is charge getting trapped somewhere within the registers of PSU?

Since Corsair provides 5 yr warranty, I purchased my signatury rig on August 2008.
 
Have you tried a different PSU, GPU, or motherboard? I don't think it's the RAM. Also, try a different case as well. Or even just put the PC parts on the motherboard box and go from there. I've seen on occasion where a PC would exhibit the same issues you've described due to the case itself (no longer grounded, odd static electricity build up, weird power button failure, etc).

lol. I don't have extra set of Motherboard, PSU or GPU.
Onething I've noticed I use 2 displays
1) my main display and
2) my TV

So is there a possibility that 2 displays put too much load on the GPU?

This problem always happen when i boot it. It doesn't happen in the middle
 
Not a real possibility IMO.

Well try rebuilding the PC outside of the with the mobo ontop of the mobo box then to completely rule out the case. Unfortunately, the issue you're describing can be attributed to several possible causes. The fastest and more reliable method of determining what the issue is to start swapping out parts.
