Cases are a matter of personal taste. To put it gently, it's not my taste.

Second, i see alot of flaws in it.

PSU, shouldn't draw air from the case, so no holes on top for PSU intake.

The GPU, issue. I presume you want a 6950 in there? Will it even fit in height?
2 fan grills, that i presume a custom cooled GPU, so no blower to evacuate the air out. Most of the hot air will rise up (as the card is mounted), again, no holes on top.

True, but this year ...the football championship went to Milan (red&black-team) :D

PSU should draw air from the case (I think) from under hdd/dvd in this case.

The 6950 goes well, the reference cooling will not change, the grids are just decor.

Thanks for the comment ;)

ha, an AC milan fan.

I recognize that chassis.

Thermaltake Element Q
Apex MI-008
Apex MI-100
Rosewill RS-MI-01

Interesting to do a mod using it. Wouldn't be too costly if it gets screwed up. I've considered doing this, with perhaps no ODD or a slim ODD.

There's also the Tacens Ixion. Interestingly, though it looks virtually identical to the Apex MI-008, it's slightly taller - 138 vs 130mm. I compared pics of the back panel and, indeed, this appears to be a slightly revised version of the chassis.

So what? Well, the clearance of the 130mm tall version pretty much precludes the possibility of using cards with PCIe power connectors on the side. That extra 8mm on the Tacens might just allow enough room for the connectors if they were modded to make them shorter. Just a thought.

Edit:
To illustrate-

AFAIK, all the other variants of this case - the Element Q, Rosewill etc. - use the chassis on the left. The Tacens is the only one I've seen using the taller chassis. One downside though is it appears to be primarily available only in Europe, though some of the online retailers may ship overseas.

Don't mean to hijack the thread, but thought someone might find this useful.

Hi Necere,
very pertinent your post, a discussion of this unfortunate case (disadvantageous position of the power supply and lack dual slot video) it would not hurt.
I did not know the Tacens.
Tnx

Interim update with 2600k, a hd5750 and an only hd on the side

see you soon :D

awe inspiring, would be a slight short on the proper words used to describe the ingenuity of making this one slot case a dual slot :p

Looks like a mini suit case. Would really like to see benchmarks and system performance numbers from this build. Thanks.

ok,
I did not want to modify the grid for the connectors at the top of 6950, I think we'll choose one gtx570, till then will keep the HD5850
