The duct pops into place with no tools using the mounting points from the original grill.
I'd say it works pretty well. Coolant temp is modulated to be more or less constant, so it's the fan speeds that tell the tale. With the AC running, the fans + D5 drop to their respective idle speeds. This was just using PUBG to generate a load. Rendering will hit both GPUs and add an additional ~350W.
Condensation with this is no joke. Switching to an insulated hose is easy enough but there is visible condensation on the side glass after a few hours. If I don't simply switch to an external cooler, I'll investigate a few options like 3M's condensation-wicking tape/film or adding ducts to the case exhaust so I can run it closed loop with an inline desiccant box.
