Powercolor HD5450 video problems

Greetings, just bought a system to my home, it has the card on the title, an Asrock H55M-LE and an i3 550 this processor has integrated graphics, the problem is when i connect the dvi cable to the card i have no image at all but when i connect to the board that's no problem with image, i've tried to change the graphics in bios but uncessefully, i even tried to disable the processor graphics controller on device manager but nothing again and i don't even see my hd5450 on device manager, any ideas?
 
Install card. Remove any video cables attached to motherboard. Attach DVI to HD5450. Reset BIOS (look in your manual -or- unplug the desktop and remove the button cell battery for about 10-15 seconds)..

Once the BIOS is sucessfully reset, it should work.
