Are the width and height of power supplies standard? I know the length varies of course, but I'm curious of the width and height. I'll be needing to make a power supply mount and my options may vary if PSU sizes vary.

Weight and height are of most good quality PSUs do fit into ATX standards. It's mainly the depth that you have worry about.

Is there a document somewhere with atx standard measurements? Such as mobo screw placement, i/o shield size, etc.

If you already have either a case or an ATX PSU, it would be quite easy to make those measurements yourself.
