Power Supply Dead

Any number of reasons:
- Shitty quality
- Just an unfortunate random victim of law of chances. Meaning that even quality PSUs will experience failure once in a while
- Poor quality of power coming from the outlet
- Extreme heat
- Thunderstorms and any other related surge of power
