power buttons

alright, so I am building a custom case, but am having trouble finding power/reset buttons

does anyone know a good place to buy them?

i do like those Bulgin Vandals, but does anyone know where to find plain silver, or one with a white light?

cant't seem to find a non-lit one, though they are listed on Bulgin's website

Go to radio shack if you can, get a push button switch just like the ones that come with a normal case. A normal switch (toggle) wont work. You just need a short quick connection, not something that will stay on.

Plain silver availible at Newark in One here.
I don't think they made a white one, but you could get a green and swap out hte LED? Colored ones are a good price at FrozenCPU.com.

and that will work with a computer on/off? like the connectors etc.

Most likely the connectors (or some of them) will work, just have to test and find out or look at a wiring diagram if it came with one. There is also a number of switches available from FrozenCPU. I especially like the military switch look but it doens't work with my case very well (though could with a custom case):

alright, does anyone have experience putting a new led into the vandal ring ones from frozen cpu?
