Hello! I'm a recent lurker who's been referred here through friend's who've been active community members in the past; I'm planning on building myself a new PC over the upcoming holiday season- I've a small amount of experience fuddling with the parts, but I certainly am not qualified (in my mind) to match parts together. Can anyone help me?

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? I will be using it for gaming, and writing. I would really like to be able to finally play a round of Pokemaul Wars without my computer freezing up.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included? My budget is up to $900. I could account for shipping/tax up to $950.00
3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible. I live in Madison, WI. USA
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need. I need a Case, Power source, motherboard, graphics card, CPU, RAM, DVD/CD burner, and a new hard drive- I've heard things about Solid State Drives being the way to go? I'd also need any extra wiring to make the parts work together.
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model. I would be reusing my monitor/speakers/webcam, nothing from inside the case.
6) Will you be overclocking? No.
7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it? The Maximum resolution of my monitor is 1600x900, and it is 18" (?) LCD Monitor.
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Starting on Black Friday/Cyber Monday/ throughout the holiday season.
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? I do not need any special features on my motherboard- Not planning on Overclocking. I would prefer to have at least 6-8 USB ports.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit? I have a copy of Windows 7 Home Premium with both 32-bit and 64-bit dvds available to me.

Thank you very much for the build help; ordered everything on the list, should be here by next Wednesday! I'll let you know how the build goes.

Build: Success! Some of the instructions that were included with the motherboard were slightly less that what I would have desired, but I had plenty of help and beer to help it along. By far the best computer setup I've ever had! Thank you very much for your help.
