Been meaning to post my small revisions for 2012 but never got around to it until my Embody chair friend above inspired me to.

Good thing I never have girls over.
Nice try my friend, but mine is way cooler. Well, it will be if I ever get new widow shades. Its sad, they came with the house and Ive put new windows in and painted and so on but Ive yet to replace all the windows treatments. Good thing I never have girls over.
Yours looks good but I cant take all the clutter. Id always be hitting my legs on stuff. Im glad I was able to get the hardware at the time I got the desk, none of the pesky table legs in the middle.
Yeah, I gotta clean up the a bit.
I didn't know what that meant either . . . although I don't ever have girls over either . . .
because my wife would kill me!?!?!?
story of my life

I just ordered it. It's on backorder, but will be in my hands in a couple of weeks. Thanks for the feedback! They are a fantastic little 2.1 set! Certainly not comparable to bookshelf monitors in the same price range as far as detail and resolution goes, but they can hold their own against some very nice speakers. What they lack in detail is made up for in liquid smoothness and a tight, synergistic sub that blends seamlessly with the sats. I also love their relatively small footprint, which is very valuable when you have limited desk space. If you're looking for a sub+speakers, I think you'd be hard pressed to find something comparable for around $300. Go for it!

This is my second workstation. I've set it up in a spare bedroom as a system to primarily do video capture of old camcorder tapes, and to also digitize my old vinyl collection.
Two Ikea desks, along with a Sansui G5500 receiver, Technics SL-1600 Mk II turntable, and JBL L-110 speakers. The stereo is all circa late 70's-early 80's. In my opinion, they don't make speakers like this anymore.
It's the Think by Steelcase.
Finally got around to a little neatening and photo taking. Lighting kinda sucked, but whatever.
*snip*
[edit] wow. Those look a million times better in irfanview. D:
Dude I half expected to see a metal toilet somewhere in your pics lol.
