Ew Norton! I think my grandma had that version of Norton on her laptop, and it gave her all kinds of problems. I had to replace it with another AV so her internet would work again. Its firewall was basically blocking everything for some reason.

Right Click Image > Properties

That would be 2560x1600, he's probably running one of those dell 30" wide screens

That'd be Windows Vista, and the utilities are Vista's included Widgets, if I'm not mistaken. ;)
