Upgraded to DOCSIS 3.0 last week and am enjoying the speed increase especially on upload. Went from 15/1 to 30/5 for only an extra $10 a month.

Is this in bryan or in findlay location? If so I looked at time warner wideband and they want 100 dollars for the 50/5 at my location. I am just wondering if my current Hometown Cable who is offering something close to that time warner speed for fraction of the price when they told me they was in the process of upgrading there speed package I wont know intill I get my monthly bill what they are going to offer. Because I am paying for 6/6 FTTH $40 dollars a month.

Bryan. Although, it is available in Findlay as well. (It is TWC Wideband)

$99.95 is the price for residential. They also offer 30/5 for $64.95/mo as well.

New apartment, with FIOS:

Ignore ping, Astaro has always messed with it. I get 5ms ping and 25Mb up going directly from PC to router.

ETA:
Here is with firewall disabled:

Guess I need to see if I can tune stuff to get upload better through firewall proxy.

Cox in Omaha, NE. It's only 8:30AM here and I'm surprised I didn't test a little better (usually around 27/5).

Fastest download I ever gotten was 28 Mbps in the city, but this is what I normally get at home.

I'm having some problems with my connection. First i don't live in USA i live in Sweden. Secondly we're actually paying for 100/10 and we get that but we've stopped caring because we're getting a fiber connection which isn't shared in about a month so we will be getting 100/100 for about $20 per month for the first three months and then later on about $40 per month. :)

Century Link / Embarq is the only ISP in my neighborhood. I am hoping Charter or Verizon move in soon.

Got a higher result after rooting and running on GummyCharged 2.0RC1.5 Gingerbread with the latest leaked LTE modem software on my Droid Charge:

i tested my internet connection at two different speed test site
Scanmyspeed
downloads: 1.09Mbps
uploads: 0.8Mbps
Speedtest.net
downloads: 1.98Mbps
what do you think about my speed?
why is the difference in the speed though the connection is same?
which site is reliable for speed test?

Single 30/3 from Virgin Media, pings are usually a little lower than that, but for this time of night, I`m pleased.
