Well it's September and now everyone is *hopefully* settled into their dorm's/apartment's/bedroom's.

So I'll kick it off this thread my college setup. I'm currently majoring in IT Support Specialist at the Community College of Rhode Island. So I am living at home with my parents.

I see my stuff I gave you is being put to good use!!

Shouldn't you guys be studying instead of opening chat rooms and playing games??? He he he....

You know, I love my foamy mouse-pad wrist rest, but it never occured to me to put a gaming pad on top of it. Is that a rat pad?

I'm going to have to look into that.

Here's my setup sans my Lenovo X200 (specs in signature). I'm loving it so far.

The printer is an HP Photosmart C4385 that's setup via wireless-G.

The picture is also missing my Domain Controller and file server running Windows Server 2008 Enterprise (specs also in signature).

Don't want to turn this into a "home living" thread but... what bed is that?

Here's the setup at my apartment. Senior majoring in Information Technology Service Management at Missouri State University.

It's a desk by Sami Hayek from Target. Awesome desk, took 15 minutes to assemble. Big drawer, cable management, not too big and not too small.

I noticed the same thing in the Ikea thread...apparently I'm seriously in the minority as far as people who prefer an ergonomic keyboard/sitting position. I like a keyboard tray, too, so I'm not holding my arms up and out and my wrists at an angle. I will confess, though, that it's a bitch to find one tall enough, wide enough and solid enough to do the job.

My desk from my apartment when I was back in Vancouver studying at Vancouver Film School

The anodized orange Lian-Li packs 2x7800GTX SC's, a Matrox RT-X2, 4gb RAM and an Opteron 185

This is the day I got my $16,000 ProMac (maxed out to the tits)... that I returned about a week later.
