P4 2.8C
Intel D865GBF
2x512mb Geil pc3200 (Dual Channel)
Geforce 6800 16/6 @ 390:850
80GB SATA HD
1.6GB IDE HD

Score = 3,711

any suggestions? I mean I'm happy, but I want the most out of it :).

Wait...how are you happy with that? My unlocked 16/6 UNOC'ed 6800nu beats that (Granted by 100 points..but still)...Most oc'ed 6800's see 4XXX scores. But that is a nice score and puts you with all the other 6800's anyways :)

Well, i've eeked all I can out of my setup.

Pentium 4 3.4c @ 3.77 with X800 Pro @ 612/589 (and only 12 pipes)

5813!!!!!

I can't get my voltage with pencil mod to go any higher than 1.54 on the X800pro. I also tried the hard-mod 16pipes to no avail.

My CPU goes higher than 3.77, but using a divider on the memory really hurts my score.

Once my X800XT-PE comes back, maybe I'll get above 6k marks.

I'm so tempted to get a Vapochill, but then again I could just buy an FX-55 setup and get a similar improvement in my score. My current setup could also benefit from better water, but then I would have to sell all my components and start over.

Score 5216

Specs:
P4 3.0ghz OC'ed to 3.4ghz
1.5gigs DDR2 PC4200 ram
X800 XT

Does this score sound about right? I thought it'd be a bit higher... :(

5858

On my new machine (specs following)
Non Overclocked

SN95G5
A64 3500 (winchester)
X800XTpe
WD 7200 80gig Sata
Corsair XMS 2-2-2-5 X512
Lite on DVD/CDRW

My sig needs updated.

2.8E (520) overclocked to 3.5
Gigabyte 6600 128mb at 535/650 (300/550 stock)

3dmark'05 = 2588

Not bad for a card that cost $122 from newegg on an Intel system. *grin*

Sounds about right to me.

My stock x800pro did 4591 marks with my processor (a northwood like yours) doing 3.4ghz.

Your XT has 16 pipelines and more speed, so I think youre score looks about right

K, finally got everything figured out (for the most part). New score:

5665

Not bad for now, but for some reason my x800xt wont go above 520/560, even tho its idling at 34C

Load temp is a far more useful measure than idle. I can idle over 625mhz on the core, but it doesn't matter because under load I don't go that high.

4324

p4 @ 3.675ghz (245 fsb), system memory at a really crappy 196 3/4/4/8 (won't even post with tigther timings)
eVga 6800 NU, 16/6 @ 410/850

Really considering taking the eVga back to CircuitCity and getting an Ultra, wonder if it's worth the extra $200 though considering i'll be going to SLI in a few months..

pumped up my vcore a little more and got 629/588 on my x800pro (12 pipes)

New score is 5871
hehe you're getting pretty close to my score on my stock cooled 12 pipe pro =] what kind of cooling are you using. Here's all the voltages and specs on mine. http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=853079 nice to see another 12 pipe owning it up :) I got a silencer 4 coming monday which should help a lot seeing how I idle at 70C haha.

I'm trying SOOOO hard to beat your score!

I think my processor is holding me back. Going from 612 to 629 on the core only netted me 60 3dmarks.

I'm using an Innovatek X800 block with a Koolance Exos. The cooling loop is also cooling my processor.

d@mn right! 12 pipes isn't a huge limitation if you can OC like a madman!

Ya, 16 pipes is nice to have, but it wont beat a nice monster overlock.

I run 12x6 and still score within the 6800GT/Ultra area.

5469. Specs in sig. Hopefully when a new board comes out that has SLi support for the P4's I'll get it and do some real overclocking. That should help out quite a bit.

Woot!

I have 425 scores now, that tranlsates into around 415 users out of 829 users that exist.

I might post the list tomorrow or the next day. Sometime soon anyway.

Attention!

So a new list. Ho hum 427 scores, big deal. :D

I haven't done much with my system at all (It's mechagodzilla in my sig), this was just a benchmark I ran after putting everything together.

Do not forget, in 3dMark 05 Professional everyone can edit the attitudes!!!
I think many screenshots or scores in such a way was maked!

Your GPU is at 1.313 Ghz?!

I looked at your sig and see you have SLI, did you add the GPU speeds together to get that number?

That still wouldn't make sense as it would be over 600
