Martin Logans.. are they Odyssey? I'm working on grabbing a pair myself. Love the way electrostats sound. Can't say the room looks like its doing them justice though.

So if I say "pun intended" means I'm just kidding right??

no

pun - : the usually humorous use of a word in such a way as to suggest two or more of its meanings or the meaning of another word similar in sound

examples..
A grenade thrown into a kitchen in France would result in Linoleum Blownapart
A plateau is a high form of flattery. (plateau is high altitude and flat)..
When a clock is hungry it goes back four seconds. (read four as for for another meaning)

I used to have them where I worked but now my employer no longer gets its money from a venture capitol firm ... now I am a cog in the corporate machine sitting on uncomfortable chairs ... woe is me :(

Sometimes people say things that sound like a pun. So, they say "No pun intended" cuz they don't really mean to be funny. When someone said "Pun intended?" They meant you were trying to be funny.

intended - To signify or mean; plan

Coupled with the word 'pun'. Would mean that the 'humorous play on words' was 'planned'.

The english language can be complicated at times... You'll pull through.

my computer chair of choice is this ancient green plastic "patent leather" drafting chair. the seat's cracked, but it's still comfy.

 unfortunately, pops seems to have commandeered it for his workbench... i'll have to fix that this christmas... get him a new chair or something, lol.

once i force him to give it up, i will post pics.
