Post Pics of your chair

why would there be an arm missing on that beige color chair? Looks like taken from the airline.

We have them in our office.
They are VERY nice IMO.

When you sit back, the chair supports your back very well. and you can adjust the chair alot. The only thing that sucks is they are expensive.

Thanks,

Do you really like it? Could you list some of the pros and cons for it? I heard that the arm rest doesn't stay still well(which I don't care about really). Are you using the posturefit support kit for the back of the seat or just the basic version(since the back posturefit thing cost 100)?

I spend a large amount of time using my pc and want a chair that has really nice back support along with other things. I been looking at thishttp://www.officedesigns.com/product-exec/product_id/313/Aeron+Chair+%28Basic%29+-+Graphite+Frame

Could you tell me which version your company is using(wave or classic)?

Thanks for the help

Well I just bought a Lane Black Leather Executive Chair from staples: http://www.staples.com/webapp/wcs/s...01&catalogId=10051&langId=-1&productId=119580

I have 14 days to decide if I like it. So far I don't like it for my desk but for playing xbox infront of my tv, it's great.

Maybe this: http://www.officemax.com/max/soluti...pansionOID=-1610650122&prodBlockOID=537183984

or: http://www.officemax.com/max/soluti...ansionOID=-1610650122&prodBlockOID=1611242903

would be good? I really want leather but mine lacks to lumbar support.

I'll keep searching...

So do you own this chair?

We use them at our office, all we do all day is sitting in front of the computers and these chairs are great, you never get uncomfortable.

Do you need Aeron? If so do you own one? Do post some pics...since not alot of people post anymore :)

Lotsa nice chairs here...but I think mine is better than even the lofty Aerons....Why?
It's custom fitted for me, and me alone, no need to adjust...
It's very comfortable, I can sit in it all day...
The fabric on it, while not as nice as leather, is very good, its breatheable, deals with water (sweat, spills, whatever) better than most anything, and its really soft.
The only downside that I can see is the price...
$4,872.63.
What is it, you ask?
A wheelchair.

Found this puppy in Staples dumpster...

my brother has one similiar to that... yeah. the price is a really bad factor in it. but he really likes it.

I have this exact chair (stool):

It's comfortable, but once I build my PC and start gaming I'll probably get a cheap office chair from office depot.

dude i have like 6 of those IN MY GARDEN i feel sorry for you. and how dare you call it comfy they are far from it :p

Aeron chairs are highly over rated. A total form over function chair. I have an Aeron and a $140 staples chair and I find that niether chair is perfect or even very comfortable for that matter. The one thing with the Aeron chair is that it seems as though it's made for morbidly obese people. I'm 6' 185lbs so I'm not small by any means but sitting in the aeron makes me feel like I'm a stick. It's not comfortable as all. The only thing I like about the aeron is the free swiveling arms. Otherwise it's a total waste of money unless you're into status items. It's not as though the people that designed the Aeron chair have Ph.d's in ergonomics and are chiropractors. Ihe chair is; in this order Status Symbol > Form/Looks > Something to sit on > Comfort. The Aeron chair was designed to keep you in a ridgid work posture BTW so even the makers will tell you it's not made for comfort. If that's your thing a big squishy leather chair would be better. .

Personally I have found the Aeron to be the most comffortable office chair I have ever used. I don't even realize that I have been sitting all day.

You also mention that the chair is designed to keep you in an upright rigid position and yes it can, but you can adjust ti to be loose or even pushing you forward (which I like for intense fps shooters as it allows me to get close to the screen)

I agree though that it is probably over hyped, but I am not going back to any of those chairs you can get at office depot, costco or whatever because they are all pure crap comparitvely.

Came home on day and was just there mum got it some hwo no iddea what make or anything doe sthe job nicely :D

My new Armless Chair :

Surprisingly, I don't miss the armrest much. In fact, it's rather comfy :), it's easier to get in and out off of too.

And the main reason for getting it:

It's so much cleaner, sleeker, and minimalistic. I love it!

Is that a "z-line" desk? Did you by chance not attach the rounded off corner piece?
