Portable Media Player Board?

[Kuyt]

I've always thought that a place for [H]ardForumites to discuss MP3/MP4/PMP players was missing here, I mean the only thing that comes close is the Apple Board, but its limited to iPods.

How about it?

Actually I would think those threads would go quite well in Computers & Gadgets.

Or even Mobile Computing.

It would be nice to have a dedicated board for all things cell phone, PDA, and MP3 players. They have gotten sophisticated enough that they actually warrant it. I'll go back to overclocking my old Axim X51v

That proves there is no "one" place to discuss these items.

I second this motion.

Cellphones and Media players such as MP3 players falls under which category in enthusiast computing?

Perhaps media players, but we already have subforums for them

Why are there threads about the iPod then? I see this as a way of "expanding" the forum.
