Hi, I'm in need of a good video card. At the time I sold my Q6600 system I was using an EVGA GTX 260 SOC. I have seen a few 275's for sale for around $100-$120. I'm debating on whether to grab one of these but I'm leaning toward a 460 or higher.

This will be going into an i7 2600K system and it'll be used for gaming and Photoshop along with the other usuals. The other thing I'm interested in is being able to run an HDMI cable from the computer to a 60" hdtv for watching movies.

I've been looking at the EVGA 570 SOC http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Produc...yMark=False&IsFeedbackTab=true#scrollFullInfo along with the 460's.. From what I've read the 570 will match a pair of 460's running in sli. This is the only thing holding me back with my system. Any thoughts or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

A GTX580 with a very light OC will match GTX460 in SLI, but a GTX570 will likely be slower...

I'm running 2 ASUS 560 Ti's in SLI and its great. You can get EVGA's version for around $220.00

How much are you looking to spend?

If ~$250, get a 6950 2GB. If ~$200, a 560 Ti, if ~$170-180 a 6870 or 5870, and so on. But my understanding is that VRAM plays a positive role, and the 6950 is an extremely potent card in an economical package, and can reach a 570.

If running a single monitor, the refurbished gtx 460 768mb cards from evga are a great deal. (back at 119 each, where just at 99 last week)

Bang for the buck, two in sli is impressive.
