Please help me select CPU/MB/RAM. I'm ordering tonight.

I'm helping a friend pick parts for his new rig. He is going to run C2D either an e4300 or an e6 3/400. He would like to overclock to ~3ghz and would like to keep the board to ~$150 or less and needs 2 gb RAM for preferably under $200.

We are ordering tonight and would like to order everything from NewEgg/Chief Value.

This rig will be used almost exclusively for gaming and he will be ordering a 8800gts to go with it. I was thinking something like

Looks good to me. Here is some RAM that is better than you selected. With this RAM, you will have a more enjoyable overclocking experience.

Here's pretty good set of RAM:
G.SKILL F2-6400CL5D-2GBNQ 2 x 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 800 RAM - $168.99

People have been able to reach 450MHz with that RAM. Other than the ram choice, you chose some pretty good parts. Just so you know, the max overclock of the E4300 seems to be around 3GHz.
