Can't help you with buying anything. Poor and married myself. But i wish you all the luck in the world.

Hey, now that's kinda offensive. I'm not too cheap to buy my girl a ring. I didn't have to, so I didn't. My grandma left me a 1.53CT princess-cut that was absolutely gorgeous. And that in itself had a lot of sentimental value since I was pretty close with her. She passed away in 2003, which is when I proposed.

Just remember, some people have different priorities when it comes to money. I wouldn't really have cared much if I had to buy a ring, but this was just too perfect. Then again, there's no reason I should justify my actions to you after such a rude comment like that.
 
Blitz... I think it's cool that you gave her your grandmother's ring! It's sweet.. I bet she loved it too.

Message to all you "touched" people:

If you live near a big city you are probably close to a Shriners Hospital. They usually have a number of children with terminal diseases (they are young, and they will soon die) if visiting a sick child is too emotional for you than ask about a particular child and ask what kind of gift would make them smile. Barbie? Baseball cards?......

Then grab your "extra cash" and do something special for someone who truly needs your kindness.






Also do any potential buyers a favor and update your list to reflect any items already sold. (per the forum rules)

river is inbetween central square ny and cicero ny its beneath the i 81 bridge good luck if ya go looking for it its a platinum band with 3 diamonds all leo from kay jewelers its in the box still if that helps ya find it free bump for u and nice monitor got any pics of it ive never seens a 24inch widescreen crt

you could just do an online search, I don't have a camera right now. I could post a few shots after the weekend though.

- Marriage is like going to a really expensive restaurant, you can look at the menu, but you can't buy anything.

- Put a dollar in a jar for every time you consumate the marriage the first year, take a dollar out every time you do every year after that, you may never get your money back!!
 
Bump for his happiness. I believe all men should be helping this guy out. One day we might find ourselves in the same situation. I applaud his efforts. Broke guys can still be happy :)
