No PFC on the older models unless sold in Europe, not sure about the new SLI units though.

That one's passive PFC - not a big deal in North America, but if you're looking for an active PFC Fortron unit, try the FSP460-60PFN or FSP550-60PLG (or FSP550PLG-SLI). Both of these will regulate better than the AX500-A.
