Performance Increase Question

Currently, I have an ASUS P4S800 Mobo. But, this mobo doesn't have dual channel, and I have 2xPC3200 sticks in this computer. Also, the chipset is only sis848. I was wondering if I would see a significant performance increase if I bought this mobo:

It is a MSI 865PE Neo2-LS. It has dual-channel and 865PE chipset. I was wondering if this would be a good upgrade for me since I can get the MSI board for $50. But, is it worth the $50?

Actually, it's an Intel chipset. The 848 was a value line with single channel memory. You'd see some increase with dual channel memory, but where you'd really see the increase is in the capability to OC with the 865PE providing you can get anything else out of that memory.
