Does any one know where to get a already barbed 89 Camaro heater core or any other heater core or how to attach the barb to the heater core by other means then welding
I heard JB wield works but unsure of that
 
try soldering........ it is easy to do and does not cost much money....... also never heard of anyone that "glued" barbs into a rad lol, that could be really bad

Danger Den sells the Bonny Heatercore ready to go. Thats the classic one used by most. 77 Bonnyville/Pontiac

recommend the shroud as well if you have the room. Should kill the thin 120x1 rads from the big suppliers. If you can, put a 38mm thick fan on it.

You should be able pick one up at any Autozone/Advance/Pep Boys type autoparts store.

Then you just need a blowtorch, silver solder and some flux. Sweating copper is seriously easy, there are tons of tutorials.

On a side note why are you going old school as opposed to just buying a 120 rad?
 
Because Im doing it on a budget and I have some money but but not a lot so Looking for cooling solution that does the job and affordable
Ohh and my computer sounds like jet is taking off
 
Not sure what your budget is but if you check out the for sale forum here you can find some pretty good deals, put together my entire loop for $110 (radiator, pump, waterblock, res, fittings, tubing etc.). I got my radiator for $20 shipped (black ice ii xtreme 2x120mm) for example.
