HI this morning as I logged into Stream my pc just shut down, I tried to re-boot and nothing. Power light and all fans come on but display is blank. Did my pc just die? its an older Intel Q9400 C2D with Asus P5NE-SLI MB. Any suggestions on what to do next?

Could be the video card, but I would look at the power supply first.

Check the stickied "Basic Troubleshooting Guide" on what to do when the PC does not POST. Report back after you've followed the steps in post #3 of that thread.

Hi, I checked all of compondents and all that failed was MB. Now next question is/is it worth replacing MB or just upgrade to Sandy Bridge?

If you don't mind buying used, you should be able to find a decent P45 chipset motherboard from Gigabyte, Asus, or MSI in the For Sale For Trade subforum for around $50 shipped.
