My first build...

Ok, so my computer was running fine, until I added the Swiftech H20-220 water cooler which came in a few days after everything else. Now, it seems that two of my fans, both the rear exhaust and the fan on the side of the case won't work. They both have LEDs built in, and the LEDs come on, but they won't turn. The top 200mm fan and the front LED 200mm fan both work fine, and the side one tries to turn, but will slowly stop once I put the side of the case back on completely. I'm thinking my power supply isn't enough to push it now. I have a Thermaltake ToughPower 850w. What do you guys think?

Current set-up:
EVGA P55 FTW mobo
Intel i7 860
G Skill DDR3 Ram w/turbulence fan
GTX 275 Superclock Ed.
Thermaltake ToughPower 850
Swiftech H20-220 Apogee XT w/dual radiators mounted on the back of the case
Dual 300gb Velociraptors
Cooler Master HAF 922 Case with 120mm exhaust fan and 3 200mm fans.

Doesn't sound like a PSU issue.

Try other fans. Make sure that the fans are fully connected.

are non working fans plugged into the mobo fan headers or power supply?

Thanks for the input guys, I would have replied sooner had my account allowed me to log in. I tried for 3 days to log in and change my password and it wouldn't let me until today. I did get them working. I had to rewire them both. Very annoying for me to troubleshoot because I am not a patient person.

Thanks again.
