I am building this for a friend. HTPC - to watch movies, and for programming/development with several virtual machines running simulatneously.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If so, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Ubuntu 64bit lts release and Win7 for virtual machine. I own a copy of Win7 Professional 64 bit.
