i did all the sanding, primer then more sanding then paint sanding paint sanding balabablabal like 100 coats. finaly i got to the clear coat and i sprayed it on and in a few spots it got a wierd wrinkly surface. i was wondering what might be doing it. maybe moisture or too mutch clear coat?

I've had similar problems before, but mine was with the primer/main paint; turns out that I was using two different types of paint (I think one was Enamel and the other was another type); So I would say try and find out what kind of paint they are before retrying the coat to make sure you don't have to sand it like 10 times (I literally did it THAT many times, thinking it was bad conditions, I sprayed too much, I did it wrong...) :(
